We operate in two main verticals: Agency & Commerce. The Agency is focused on core agency services, such as creative and media, always with a focus on performance. The Commerce vertical, on the other hand, is geared toward the Digital Commerce ecosystem, with solutions ranging from deployment and implementation, through support and evolution, to traction and growth.

We follow our proprietary methodology calledPPG, which stands for Planning, Presence, and Growth. This approach enables us to develop scalable solutions that can be implemented quickly through well-defined processes.

Digital Performance Providing an ecosystem of actions and strategies focused on digital marketing with the goal of improving campaign performance in the short term, with measurable results. It is a set of marketing and communication strategies and actions that integrate digital platforms and tools to enable process automation and deliver short-term results, optimizing media investment and generating data insights for real-time decision-making.
Content Experience It is the redefinition of inbound as a content strategy focused on customer LTV rather than merely attracting leads. Although generating new contacts is part of the strategy to spread the message, the goal is to build lasting relationships and achieve indirect, high-value-added results attributed to the authority established by the brand. Another goal is to transform the brand into a subject matter expert and establish a consistent channel of communication with the customer.
Seamless Automation It is a customer-centric and data-driven approach where the concept and multidisciplinary application of Marketing Automation incorporate integrated solutions for customer journey management, email, mobile, social media, web personalization, advertising, content experience, and data analysis. Its goal is to integrate different platforms and data sources, create a unified view of the customer, and automate digital marketing processes.
